東銀座駅より徒歩5分
銀座松屋の地下にあります。他のお店もあるなかで、常に人がいる印象。
バケットを食べるとわかるのですが、ここのパンは、表面がカリカリに薄い幕のような焼き上がり。焦げてないから、その際のタイミングが非常に上手いんだろうなと思います。おすすめは、ベーコンエピ。
パリパリの中は、もちもち。長野に行かなくても食べられるのが嬉しいですね。東京駅より品数が多いと思います。
