先日の東京遠征10軒目は此方へふらりと。
気になっていた此方、オーダーは上うな重で。
着膳。
関東風、素晴らしき火入れ技術。
身の柔らかさは香りにも映り込んで流れ出し
ジューシーな甘みと仄かな酸味がライスと合わさり
凄まじい爆発力を生んでいる。
鰻料理の奥深さを技術で体現する
素晴らしき逸品。
…しかし、食べている最中に
運命を感じさせるような出来事があり、
食運全てに感謝する事態が発生。
そのせいで後半の3口ほどは
全力の気持ちで食べられなかった。
それだけが悔やまれる。
シビれるような奇跡。それもまた食の楽しさ。
