平日昼にお邪魔しました。
まさに鰻の寝床というか隠れ家のようなお店です。
12時半過ぎに到着すると店内は落ち着いています。
注文は昼だけメニューの数量限定の『うな丼（2,750円）』です。お新香ときも吸いが付いてきます。この日はポテトサラダをサービスしてくれました。
銀座で鰻がこの値段というのは良心的だと思います。
店内を見回すと夜のメニューやお酒が色々と書かれています。そこはやはり銀座なのですね。結構お高めでした。
寡黙そうなご主人で静まり返った店内で黙々と仕事を続けます。
さて待つこと15分ほどで到着です。
いただきます。
早速、鰻に箸を伸ばします。皆さんのレビューの通りタレは辛口です。醤油感が強く、思ったよりもキリッとしていたので少しだけ驚きました。
身は脂がちょうどよく、肉厚ではありませんがふっくらとしています。
ご飯はずっしりと丼いっぱいに入っています。そしてやや硬めの炊き加減は自分の好みでした。ご飯のかかっているタレは鰻のそれとは違うのでしょうか。若干甘いように感じました。
全体としてまとまりがいいと思います。
美味しいです。
またお新香が美味しいです。自家製なのか糠の香りがして丁寧な味わいです。
肝吸いはスッキリとした味わいです。
こちらのお店は場所、店内の雰囲気、そして鰻の味付けと、全てで独特の世界観を感じます。
けれども丼としては非常にまとまっていました。
