ランチの鰻丼を頂きました。
この値段にしては、立派な鰻で美味しいです。
ただタレが独特で
砂糖の甘さより、醤油が勝つ東京ではあまり無いタイプ
昔の関西だと、こういう味付けが多かった気はする。
ただ、醤油の辛さの角が取り切れて無くて、
鰻の旨味を醤油の辛さが殺してる気はしました。
刺し身も醤油は数滴つけるタイプなので、
醤油シッカリ付けるのが好きな人は好きかもしれない。
好みは分かれそうです。
もう少し醤油の角が取れてたらっと。
ただ夜に料理を試してみたいと思います。
今度行ってみます！
