何度も前を通りながらいつも行列で、また定休日だったりとタイミングが合わなかったトリコロール本店✨✨
トリコロール本店は1936年に創業、現在は3回目の改築の建物だそうです。
おしゃれな煉瓦造りの2階建ての建物。入り口は最近滅多に見かけられない回転ドア、そして2階の窓の雰囲気はパリを思い出させるかの様です✨✨( ᵒ̴̶̷̤◦ᵒ̴̶̷̤ )
今日こそはとランチの後、すぐのタイミングで訪ねることが出来ました。
更に平日でしたし、早めの時間だったので何と待ち無しで入れ2階の窓側席を案内されました✨✨
それだけでテンション上がってしまいます(≧∇≦)
お願いしたのはやっぱり初訪問らしく笑、アンティークブレンドコーヒーとエクレアのセット✨✨
アンティークブレンドは中南米の標高の高い山で収穫された豆を使用しているそう。高山で収穫された豆は繊維質が強く、その為にキーコーヒー(創業者はキーコーヒー創業の方)に特注し、強めに焙煎して、アンティークブレンドと命名したそうです。
しばらくして、ネオドリップ方式で抽出されたコーヒーをついでくださいました。
コーヒーは香り高く、でも濃さは中庸だったかな？
濃いめが好きな私にはちょっと期待値が高過ぎたかもˆˆ;でも十分味わい豊かな一杯でした✨✨
またエクレアもこちらのお店のスペシャルデザート✨✨シュー生地にクリーム挟まれたのが本当に今、って分かるほどサクサク感とクリームの優しい甘さ✨こちらはさすがの美味しさに感動✨✨
店員さんはどなたも丁寧な接客で、とても気持ちの良いゆったりとした時間を過ごせました(*˘︶˘*).｡.:*♡
帰りがけには階段にはいつもの様に待ちの列が...
やっぱり人気の高さはかなりのものです。
