中国人の友人につれていってもらいました。本格的中華のお店です。
今日はキリン特選前菜六趣盛り合わせから始まるコースが
前菜がまずまいります。
和牛腿肉のしゃぶしゃぶ腐乳トマトソース、
瀬戸内海産牡蠣 特製ＸＯ醤、ナマコの内皮と桜エビの豆板醤和え
木醤油風味の鱶鰭
天使の海老の湯引き 黄金マヨネーズ
大山鶏の蒸し物 葉ニンニクソース
などがまいりました。
次はスープです。
古浜産干し鮑と絹笠傘茸の特上すましスープ
そして気仙沼の大きなふかひれの姿煮込み、黒トリュフ味
次はタラバ蟹、と季節野菜のぴりからブラックビーン炒め
さらに特性味噌の北京ダック
次は黒毛和牛のロースサラダ仕立て、これも最高、山椒ドレッシングでいただきます。
そして、次はふかひれの上海風煮込みかけごはん
次は燕のすがたっぷりはいったフルーツ杏仁豆腐、五香粉風味のバナナアイスクリーム
どれもおいしく最高。個室もおいついて、広くてよかったです。
接客もよかったです。紹興酒もおいしかったですね。最高でした。
