具沢山、酸味と辛味の効いたスープ麺 ¥1,850（価格は訪問時）
初訪。
行ってから知ったが1階は喫茶だった。
ただ、15時までは1階でもランチメニューの食事が取れる。
オーダーは少し迷ったが、麺・飯セットの中の①番にあるこれを選択。
本日の前菜三種盛り合わせとデザートが付く。
元のスープはクリア清湯で、最初のひと口ふた口を啜った時は辛味も酸味も控えめかなぁと感じたが、ところが食べ進めると馴染んできたということもありじわじわと辛味も酸味もやって来た。
途中からは旨みの塩梅感が増しレンゲも止まらない。
具は酸辣湯麺の王道的とも言えるラインナップで、細切りの筍、豚肉、椎茸などが入るが、中でも椎茸の役割りが重要だと感じさせられる。
その他では少量のネギも良いアクセントとなっている。
合わせる麺は細麺だった。
デザート（杏仁豆腐）は要らないとも思っていたが、いざ口にすると旨かった。
余談だが、銀座には夜は高級本格中華で昼はリーズナブルなランチメニューを...
というその手の店が多いと感じる。
