こちらのお店は初めましてです。鳥繁のビルの地下
11時30分でカウンターラスト2に滑り込み 奥の席はラスト1 こちらはコアビルの地下のしゃぶOOと同じく1人しゃぶしゃぶが出来るお店
あちらは40年程前から行ったましたが、こちらは初 創業49年だそう。
カウンターに案内されると すでにお皿や箸 香の物 ポン酢が用意されて、メニューを渡されて、ランチセットは8種の中から 国産豚・牛ロースセット1100円を注文。野菜セットが秒でサーブ
白飯か麦飯か聞かれて，白米を注文 すぐに提供
そのあと胡麻を擦り胡麻だれを投入 ワケギ ラー油も投入 説明が有りませんでした。 ん？後からの隣りのお客さんには丁寧に説明している。まぁ私の事を常連客と思ったことにしよう。 picを撮って食べようとしたら肉が無い。そこから待つ事4〜5分肉到着 野菜を入れ 肉を1枚投入 あっpic忘れた。
慌ててpicを撮り
牛肉を実食 高級肉とはいかないがまぁ食べれる
胡麻だれと良く絡みご飯が進みます。 次は豚ロース こちらは柔らかく美味い
ご飯進みます。野菜は新鮮でポン酢に良く合います
ご飯をお代わりし、完食ちょっと前に スープをすくってくれます。 以前の書き込みでは、味付けもしてくれるようでしたが、お好みで塩 ラー油で味付けして下さい。と 塩ポン酢で味付けして
一口 美味い ご飯をちょっとだけお代わりし、雑炊に 美味い 完食
大変美味しく頂きました
