ようやく機会ができて、事前予約し銀座しゃぶ通銀座店へお訪ねしました。
【みゆきコース】と言う黒毛和牛バラ、牛ロース、黒豚うで、豚ロース、豚バラ、合鴨ネギ、国産鶏の7種類のお肉と自然野菜の盛り合わせが食べ放題に飲み放題が付いたコースをお願いしました。
結論から言えばこのコースで正解でした。
黒毛和牛バラ、牛ロース、そして特に合鴨ネギが美味しく、これを多々お代わりしてしまいました。
タレもポン酢とごまだれと塩コショウ＋ごま油とあり、ポン酢には卓上にある刻みネギを多量に入れて牛肉や豚肉と一緒に食べ、ごまだれはゴマを擦ってからごまだれを入れるので風味と食感が素晴らしく豚肉を中心に食べ、そして塩コショウにごま油は合鴨ネギと相性がバッチリでハマってしまいます！
先付は小鉢のマカロニサラダで、先付と言うよりかはお通しって感じでした。
最後はワンタンラーメンで〆られるようですが、お腹いっぱいの場合は青りんごシャーベットに変更可能と言うことで後者を選び、お腹スッキリになれました。
飲み放題は生ビールのみで注文を繰り返しましたが、小さなグラスだったので、ガツガツ飲めますし、ぬるくなることもなく冷たいまま飲めるのがとても良かったです♪
銀座の中心地でしゃぶしゃぶを低価格で味わえるのは魅力的ですし、しゃぶしゃぶ食べ放題発祥のお店へ行けた感動も抱け、そして外国人のお客さんも多くて店内は常に満席状態の人気店へお訪ねでき、とても良かったです。
