串揚げと美味しいお酒が飲めるお店
4階建てのローマにありそうなフレームが印象的なガラス張りの建物は全てのフロアこちらのお店。
フロア事にコンセプトが異なるのですが、どのフロアでも同じ美味しい串揚げが頂けます。
地下は半個室、1階はカウンターのみ、２、３は開けたダイニングフロア、4階は完全個室、とシーン別に利用できるフレキシブルな作り。
串揚げが推しのようだったので、the 居酒屋的なお店を想像していたのですが、イメージと全然違いました！
なんというか基本カジュアルなのに、きちんとした雰囲気が伝わってくるというか・・2,3階はカラス張りなので窮屈さゼロでゆっくりできました。
野菜スティックは種類豊かで特製味噌が美味
鮮魚のカルパッチョはカット厚め
ミミガーのペペロン風は良い塩分具合
からの串揚げたち。
写真の通り一つ一つがサイズ感大きめ。
油と衣にこだわっているとのことで、口に入れたら驚きの全くオイリー感なしの爽やかな串揚げ。
正直こんなにふわりと串揚げを楽しめるなんで思っていなかったので衝撃でした。
この串揚げなら無限に食べられる気がします。
締めは嬉しいお茶漬け。出汁の優しい味が癒し。
お酒のメニューも豊富で日本酒についても丁寧に説明いただけるので飲みがはかどる。
そろそろ行こっかとなった後におすすめいただいてプラスで飲んでしまいました。笑
