場所は言わずもがな知れた、シャネル銀座ビルディングの最上階10階に位置しており景観も素晴らしい
ミシュラン２つ星のフレンチレストラン。
一階に入り口があり、ここで受付を済ませて10階へと上がるのだが、エレベーターのボタンがCHANELマークになっており、これはきっと女性心をくすぐるのではないだろうか？
洗練されたオシャレ感満載の店内は50席程ある広々とした空間でゆったりと食事をするには申し分ない。
窓面も広くとても開放的なところも◎
使われているインテリアや照明などに至るまでもが、CHANEL好きには堪らない精神の宿った調度品ばかりが揃う。
きっと記念日やデート、特別な日のお祝いの日の食事には相応しい雰囲気で溢れています。
本日はランチ利用でしたが、周りを見渡せば女性客でほぼほぼ埋まっていたのも印象的な光景でしたね。

一皿一皿のボリュームは大分控えめかな。
皿数もアミューズ含めての4皿構成で12,000円なので、少し割高感は否めない。
今日の料理に至っては、特段印象深いお皿には出会えなかった所も残念ポイント、、、
ただ、お肉の焼き加減はしっかりと肉の旨みを引き出すべく。ベストな火入れでおいしかった！
サービスにおいては流石は２つ星だけあって、スマート且つ洗練されていて気の利いたホスピタリティを感じれました。
やはり、アランデュカスの真髄を知るにはディナーにて訪問をしてみないとですね。
