会社のメンバーに連れられて行きました。
店内はテーブルとカウンターか並んでおり、
カウンターに案内してもらいました。
揚げたてを食べるならカウンターの方が美味しく頂けるので
空いてるなら伝えたほうが良いですね^_^
席につきビールで乾杯。
圧倒的にクリーミーな泡！！
最高でしたー
料理はお任せだったので、揚げたてを順番に持ってきてもらいました。
最初は、車海老から
殻と身とで２つ来ます。
塩が4種、天つゆ、おろし、梅おろしとあるので好みの味で食べれるのが良いですねー
殻の方はフルールドセルっていう岩塩？みたいな大きめの塩で。
殻のサクサク感とエビの風味が広がります！
高級なえびせん食べてる感じかも笑
身の方はプリプリ！
昆布塩やわさび塩で食べてみましたが、
昆布塩が相性良さそうな感じでした。
続いてモンゴウイカ。
イカの天ぷらの印象とは打って変わって、
ぎっしり詰まったのが印象的。
衣サクサク、イカがモチモチ？という食感。
筋張ってる事もなく、美味しく頂きました^_^
続いて、キス、丸ナスと来ますが、
天つゆとの相性が最高でした。
特にナスは天つゆをつけると出汁をしっかり吸収してくれて、
噛んだときに、鼻にナスの風味、口に出汁の旨味が充満します！
天つゆもしょっぱくないので、たっぷりつけるのが
美味しいと思います♪
途中、口直しにガスパチョが来ます。
ワインもそうですが、スペイン感のあるお店ですねー
1番好きだったのが帆立の海苔で巻いたやつ。
ホタテが大きくさいの目に切られてて、
かつプリップリ！
海苔は揚げることでパリッとしてます。
噛むと海苔のパリッとした食感と風味が広がっていき
次にホタテのプリッと感！そして、甘み！
食感、風味、甘みと一気に堪能できるので、おすすめです！
最後に天丼。
小さめのお茶碗にかけ揚げが乗ってて、〆にぴったりなサイズ感。
ベタベタしてることもなく、最後まで美味しく頂きました！
騒がしくないし、カウンターであれば揚げたてを
食べれるので、お買い物のあとに行くのとか良いですね！
