平日の昼に訪問。行列はないものの「かなりお待ちいただきますが..」→廊下の椅子座って15分程度で呼ばれる。席に案内する際に「ちょっと狭いお席になりますが..」→別に狭くない。同行者の機嫌損ねなくてよかった。顧客の期待値コントロールって大事。
今日はカウンターではなくテーブル席なので２回に分けて提供されます。なので、かき揚げを丼にしたい場合は最初に伝えておく必要があります。
一気に出てくるので冷めないうちにと思って急いで食べてしまいがち。また２回めがかなりボリューミーです。（特にかき揚げを丼にしない場合）せめて３回に分けてゆっくり提供してくれたほうが。あ、天ぷらは美味しいですよ。ドキドキしない値段でこのクオリティ、満足です。
でも天ぷらはやっぱりカウンターがいいかな。
