コロッケは油の苦さはなく、
ジャガイモとソースのシンプルな味。
衣は細かく、サクサク響く。
しみじみ美味しい。
【ハムカツパン】330円
ハムカツを食パン2枚でサンド。
1枚の厚さは、市販の食パン8枚切りほど。
ハムカツは、ハム2枚を薄い衣で揚げている。
こちらも揚げ油の嫌な感じはなく、
ハムとソースのシンプルな味。
2回目の来店。
銀座、歌舞伎座近くの路地にある店舗。
昭和の趣ある店構え。
品は紙で包まれて提供。
半分にカットされていて食べ易い。
時折訪れたい良店。

ふわっふわの食感で、ほんのりやさしい甘み。
中にはコロッケとソースのみ。
少し硬めのカリカリ衣に
じゃがいも本来の味を生かす味付け。
そこにちょい酸味の効いたソースがバッチリ。
ボリュームがあるので1つでそこそこ腹いっぱいです。
東銀座に来たらついつい寄りたくなるお店。
紙包で提供。昭和感があって良い。
