ご近所に用事があってきたのだが早すぎたので近所を歩いてると
何やら古いお店が目に付いた。
豆腐屋か？いや総菜屋？ちがうな、
コロッケの文字もあるけど肉屋じゃないし。
近寄ってみるとサンドウィッチの文字。
中を覗くと、、揚げ物と総菜パンのお店だった。
頭巾のおねえさんがパンを切ってコロッケをパンにはさんでました。
驚くべきは店内に書かれた「創業90年」（実際は96年）
コロッケ売って90年！
まさに継続は力なり！
店内で揚げたコロッケやとんかつを食パンにはさんで包む。
もちろんお惣菜も売る。
カツパンは510円、目の前でお母さんがからしを塗って、
ソースをかけてパンにはさんでくれる。
レトロとかじゃないんですけど、銀座のど真ん中でこの商売。
年季の入った店構えや頭巾姿のお母さんがいい味出してます。
