今日は新規開拓。泰明庵に行くときに気にはなってたんだけど、初めての来店。
生前の立川談志が気に入ってたという餃子は残念ながらお昼には食べられないけど、まずは雰囲気を確かめてみようと思って来た。
ランチメニューを見てみると、中華カレーが！美味しいんだよね中華屋のカレー…だがココは初志貫徹して中華丼で。店内は古い作りでシックな雰囲気。奥に座席があるようで見えないところから会話が聞こえる。厨房が近いので鍋振りの音もよく聞こえる。程なくしてボクの中華丼到着。
ご飯の白い部分を残してよそうのがこの店のスタイルのようだ。では頂きます。おお今望んでいた味。具にはうずらの卵やエビ、イカまで入っていて中々豪華だ。おまけに先着何名かには麻婆豆腐まで付いてくるのね。この麻婆豆腐もちゃんと山椒味で美味しい。
ペロッと完食。ごちそうさま、また来ます。今度来たときはカレーを試してみよう。あるいは夜に来て立川談志のお気に入りだった餃子をいただくのも良いかもしれない。
