とあるサービスセンターのある有楽町へ。
受付すると、なんと1時間で対応してくれるという。すばらしい。
ではこの空き時間にチャーハンを食べに行こう。
有楽町は久々。お気に入り登録しておいた東生園へ。
まだ11:00台というところでお客さんもまばら。
ランチメニューがいくつか目に入る。
店員さんに他の単品メニューではできる？と聞いたら無理だった。
出鼻をくじかれた。
半チャーハンだと作りが別になるケースあって心配。
■お好みセットハーフ麺＆ハーフ炒飯（スープ付き）\1000
このお好みセットは、3種の麺、3種の炒飯から好きなものをチョイスするシステムらしい。
私は鶏麺＆五目チャーハンとの組み合わせをチョイス。
座席からは厨房の様子は伺えない。
しばらく待つと、完成。
ハーフといっても麺も炒飯も2/3程度の結構ボリューム感。
具材は、卵、チャーシュー、ネギ。とシンプルチャーハン。
早速レンゲですくうと、すぐにわかる軽さとパラパラ感。
それも圧倒的なパラパラ感。
赤いチャーシューから来ていると思われる旨味や風味がよい。
これは半チャーハンといいつつまったく手が抜かれていない。
さらに味わい深い塩味の鶏麺と交互に。
かなりの満足感。今度は夜に伺いたい。
