銀座の雰囲気に溶け込んでいる老舗の中華料理店です
昼食は酢豚定食にしました
餃子が有名らしいがまたの機会にとっておくことにしました
真っ白な器に油で揚げた豚肉、きのこやタケノコ、きくらげなど具材が豊富に盛られています
豚肉はやや大きくカットしてあり、豪快にかじりついていきます
噛みつくとにじみ出る豚肉の美味しさと甘酸っぱい餡のコラボが存分に味わえます
さらに野菜類はさっと火を通した程度、硬めの食感も美味しさ+です
食欲が湧き上がるので必然的にごはんをお替りして間満腹になってしまう
銀座のランチで1000円ですので、C/Pは相当に安いです
外観も店内も特別感はなく、至って普通の中華料理のお店です
銀座にあってこの普通感がこのお店の価値なのかもしれません
