I had no idea that there was a Chinese restaurant like this in Ginza. I was brought to a New Year's party by some of my seniors who have loved Ginza for many years. I think it was because all the members of the New Year's party at that time had experience working in China that it became Toseien. Or perhaps they are close to Ginza and want to invest time and money into their second home and beyond? Of course, the seasoning of the food was street Chinese, not the fancy Chinese of Ginza, but it also had a slightly different flavor than the downtown Chinese. If anything, it feels a little close to what we used to eat in China. We could hear Chinese from the kitchen, so the flavors were as if the Chinese were making Chinese Cuisine tailored to Japanese people, and we liked it as a result. I heard that a famous rakugo storyteller loved Gyoza / Dumpling. Filled with Chinese cabbage, chives, pork, etc. When I ate it, it had a gentle and soothing taste. Adults are happily drinking Chinese food. It's that kind of store. I had fun drinking it. The staff at the store were kind. Feels like street Chinese food. thank you. Thank you for the meal.
