Favori is a long-established Belgian beer shop located in the back streets of Ginza.At this restaurant, you can enjoy Belgian beer and dishes that go well with Belgian beer. On this day, to commemorate my 21st anniversary, I had my first glass of Lambic Cantillon Saint Bleu. For snacks, we had the anniversary dish of scallop tartare and veal fillet Steak the second drink, we had Gouden Carolus Classic (Belgian beer) as a chaser and Gouden Carolus Blaasveld Broek (whiskey). Beer makes the peated sweet aroma of the whiskey refreshing. Next, I have Laphroaig and Bowmore. The peatiness of Islay malt is not bad. Finishing off with the anniversary special Favorite Stout and Blancmange.The counter has only 5 seats, but there are also spacious table seats, and the good thing about this restaurant is that it can accommodate large groups. It's a store I want to visit even after its 21st anniversary.
