銀座で焼肉
東京で週末に夕飯を囲む事になり、念のため早めにこちらを予約しておきました
18時に着席しても、後から後からご予約の〜〜様ですーの声が絶えませんでした
初めてなので焼きスキ、よだれ牛、炙りレバー、など色々食べました
焼きスキ、初めてなので店員さんが見本で３枚焼いてくれました
網と平行にお肉の入ったお皿を持ち、滑らせるように網に乗せ、お肉の色が変わってきたら端からクルクルとお肉を巻いていき、タレに漬けて食べるのです
漬けるのはトロロを選びました
トロロの冷たさでお肉がいい具合に冷めて上手く絡み、とても美味しかったです
白いご飯が欲しくなりました
炙りレバー、サイコロ状にカットされていて、とても焼きやすくて火通りも良かったです
コムタンスープはほぐしを選び、その時にライスを注文したら、クッパにしますか？と聞かれたので、はい、と答えたら、ライスを入れて持ってきてくれました
と、味は勿論、店員さんはいいタイミングで網を変えてくれるし（4-5回も！）お水やお茶も直ぐに持ってきてくれたり、空いたお皿をすっと下げてくれたりと、こちらから言わなくても行ってくれて、素晴らしいホスピタリティだと思いました

前回の焼肉がとても美味しかったから、今回、親類が上京すると聞き、こちらを予約しておきました
金曜の夜でしたが早めに電話したので難なく取れました
5人でしたが、それぞれお肉のボリュームがわからないから全部2人前でお願いしました
全部美味しかったのですが、こちらはやはり焼きスキが1番でした
前回はトロロで食べたので、今回はすき焼きらしくたまごで食べました
とろける様なお肉の美味しさは格別でした
親類との会食なので、今回は写真は控えました
