銀座でお任せ焼鳥(^^)/
久しぶりの鳥よし銀座でお任せ、スタート、ストップの焼鳥です。
苦手なものはありませんという事でスタート。
まずはももとつくねからです。
弾力のある伊達鶏、鳥よしで修行独立して、多くの有名焼鳥屋さんに引き継がれているタレは絶品ですね。
この後も砂肝、ぼんじり、手羽先、かわ、ちょうちん、ししとう、厚揚げ等々、トータル11本でストップです(^^)/
この日は炭が水分を含んでいたようで、パキパキいって飛んでました。
炭の調子が悪かったからなのか、火入れは少し強め、レバーは少しモソッとした感じ、砂肝はカチカチは少し残念。
やはり焼鳥は火入れで変わりますね。

今日は同僚と銀座界隈、20時近くに「鳥よし 銀座店」さんの前を通りかかり、覗いてみるとなんと丁度２席空いていては入れました(^^)/
おまかせでお願いして、取り敢えずビールで乾杯。
少し強めの火入れ、ん～、何度か伺っていますが可もなく不可もなく、感動もなく。
最近は美味しい焼鳥屋さんが増えた事もあるのでしょうか・・・
最後に食べた鶏そぼろ丼が一番美味しかった(笑)
料金は二人で2万程度。
