【感想】
・鶏肉自体にあまり旨味がなく､噛んだときのジワッと広がる幸福感が得られません｡
・コース後の追加で出てきた､ゲンコツ､ふりそで､ハラミ､手羽先の皮は､結構イケました｡初めからこれらを織り交ぜて提供してもらえば満足度は高いと思います｡まあ､希少部位なのでコースに入れられないのでしょうけど｡
・全体的には中程度の焼き鳥店といった感じです｡世知辛いですが､味は価格に比例するといった感じでしょうか｡
