レトロなビルの落ち着いた雰囲気のカフェ
昭和8年に建てられたレトロなビルの4階にあり、往時の姿を残しつつ、白い漆喰壁の上に「磨き」と呼ばれる左官技法で模様を配したこのカフェは、二つの時代が軽やかに出会う、くつろぎの場所になりますように――と願いつつデザインされました。NHKの「美の壺」でも紹介されました。 |
銀座中央通り沿いの昭和８年に建てられた聖書館ビル４階の教文館書店の中にあるヨーロッパ風のカフェです。
二人で訪れて、銀座通りが見下ろせる席に座り注文したのは

ケーキはコットンケーキと薔薇の花型ケーキ（オレンジ）
飲み物はホット珈琲にしました。
コットンケーキは、生クリームとブルーベリーソース添えのふわふわのシフョンケーキ
薔薇の花型ケーキは、北海道産の原料を使ったホロホロとした食感のケーキ
キリスト教の雰囲気が漂った空間でのカフェ体験でした。
