佐賀牛ロースせいろ蒸し ９２点
佐賀牛（佐賀和牛じゃない方）
今までコースでしか頂いたことがありませんでしたが
単品注文で牛せいろ蒸しを思う存分に
これはこれでよいかも
コースだと結局、お野菜も残しちゃいますし、せっかくの窯で炊いた佐賀米もたどり着けません
単品ですと目的のものだけを集中的に頂くことができます
ここでは佐賀牛のせいろ蒸しと佐賀産のお野菜を食べることが最優先
早く知っておけばよかった
とはいえ、お店が小さいため基本予約が通りません
仕事柄数週先の予定が立たないためまぐれでしか訪れることができなくなっているのがジレンマ、、
