「佐賀牛 季楽 銀座 」を訪問。
2020年まで3年連組BRONZE AWARDのお店です。
平日の12時半に予約して伺いました。
最高級佐賀牛のステーキコース （サーロイン）
10,000円と生ビール等を注文。
佐賀牛のステーキは2回に分けて熱々で頂けます。
見た目サシが多い様なお肉ですが、焼き上がると
脂がとても甘くて肉の旨みもしっかりで
とても美味しいです。肉を煮込んだ特製ステーキ醤油が
とても美味しいですね！
ご飯や焼き野菜との相性もバッチリ！
前菜もデザートも見た目も味も良く楽しめます。
最後まで美味しく頂きました。
