銀座で今日はまだ美味しいワインが飲みたい気分、ワインバーで検索してこちらのお店におじゃました。銀座一丁目、松屋のある超一等地から道路をわたって、３丁目の方に行くと結構下町っぽくなる。外観は少し暗い感じで、まるで庶民派のお店をアピールしているよう。
店内は、暗め演出で半円形のカウンター、大人の親しみやすい空間を演出している。ここはフレンチレストランでもありディナーのコース料理もある。テーブルは３席、ゆっくりとフレンチ料理を満喫するのもよい。一品料理も前菜から、アラカルト、肉さなか料理まで豊富。ビストロ的な使い方もできる。

アミューズは、新鮮なひらめとそれをくるむマッシュの食感がよくなかなかだ。前菜は極めて普通だが、茶色い玉葱のタルトが面白い。パテドカンパーニュもまずまず、料理の腕もやはり確かなようだ。
シャンパーニュとワインは、4000円～8000円ぐらいのもの、原価率はとても高く、安くいいワインが飲める。すばらしいお店だ。特にヴォーヌロマネの美味しさは感動ものだった。
銀座でまたワインが飲みたくなったらここに雇用。
