グラスワインのセレクトに加えお料理も良いワインバー。昭和通りの南の目立たないビルの路面店。半円のカウンターとテーブル2、3卓。1人から3、4人向き。
お通しからとても美味しく期待感高まります。スペシャリテとレビューあった玉葱のタルトも、付け合わせのサラダも良かったです。
メインに頂いた牛肩ロースのグリエもお肉も丁寧に調理され赤ワインソースも最高でした。シェフの方とお話ししませんでしたが、かなり腕の立つ方と思います。
ワインはグラスは赤白５種。市価で3000円ー5000円くらいの物なのでグラスで1500円-2000円がメイン。
最初にシャンパーニュ、ブランドブランで見えないくらいきめ細かい気泡が勢いよく、知らない銘柄ですがとても感じ良い物でした。
白赤とピュイイフィメとジゴンダスをいただきましたがお料理と合わせとても充実したディナータイムを過ごせました。
銀座はさすがに良いお店がありますね。
