お店の業態を表す言葉を「ショルダーネーム」等と呼びますが、この店はそのショルダーに引き寄せられました。「お取り寄せダイニング」、その名の通り店内で食べた食材や調味料などを後から自分で取り寄せられるよう、店内で告知されています。
親会社は十勝毎日新聞社、メディア関連のツテでPRが行き届いているせいか、06/10月オープン以来盛況の様子です。馬鈴薯や牛・豚肉、野菜、チーズ、ワインと、北の大地の恵みをたっぷり堪能できるメニュー構成で、特に好みの馬鈴薯にトロトロチーズをかける「ラクレット」が名物らしいです。インカの目覚めなど、じゃがいもはホントおいしい。でも、価格は９００円と見た目にしてはちょっと高い。他の品書きも前菜系は１０００円以下でも、炙り焼きなどは殆どが１０００円以上。素材も良いが、銀座立地分も考慮した高めの価格設定だと思います。
素材自体はおいしいです。お取り寄せと名乗るくらいだから、全てが産直で鮮度は良好。シンプルな調理法ゆえ、野菜の甘み、旨みがそのまま味わえます。酒類は地麦酒のほかは、焼酎・ワインがメインかと。十勝ワインのほか、イタリア・フランス産もありますが、概ね５０００円以上です。
まあ、お一人５０００円以上はかかると思ってまちがいないですね。店ぢゃ高いから、取り寄せるか！というわけではないでしょうが、もう少しこなれたプライシングだといいなあ、と思っています。
各都道府県のアンテナショップ的な役割の店は、東京が随一。それゆえに、「とっかかり」と認知促進をはかるならもう少し気楽なスタイルの方が間口は広がるかも。
でもスタッフの対応は気持ち良く、卓上にある取り皿には埃除けの紙が巻いてあるなど、心配りの店では評価が高い、そんな印象をもった初訪でした。
