A dining restaurant located in Ginza Corridor Street that mainly uses Hokkaido ingredients. The interior of the store is based on wood, creating a warm and comfortable space. There is also a counter, so solo use is of course possible. This time I was having dinner alone. Looking at the menu, the main menu is large plates a la carte, but there are also mini menus. I'm glad they have a mini menu because I can't eat many items when I'm alone. I ordered a few items from the mini menu.・Tokachiya hors d'oeuvre 900 yen ・Tokachi potato sautéed with salted fish in butter 400 yen ・3 pieces of zangi 480 yen ・Niagaras Parkling 1000 yen ・Hokkaido Kerner 1050 yen There is an additional table charge of 550 yen per person. I was surprised by the amount of Tokachiya hors d'oeuvres! And it's surprising that it's less than 1000 yen. There is a wide variety of dishes such as ratatouille, roasted duck, potato salad, and vegetables, which are great for pairing with alcohol. There was nothing particularly delicious about it, but everything was made just fine. The salted and salted potatoes sautéed in butter had a very good combination of buttery flavor and salted fish, and went well with the sweet potatoes. I felt that it must be true that they use materials from Hokkaido. It can be said that 3 pieces of zangi cost less than 500 yen, which is a good value. Perfectly fried crispy and juicy on the inside. The batter also has a slightly dark taste, so beer or alcohol will likely go well with it. Even though it was called a mini menu, these three items were enough to fill me up. We chose sparkling and white wine, but the prices may be a little high. Personally, I don't care because the taste is good. I think this dining room can be used for a variety of purposes, whether it's for a group visit, a banquet, a quick meal, or even just by yourself.
