1964年（昭和39年）に開店以来、隠れた名店として多くのファンを持つ銀座南店。
銀座の中心地にありながら一歩店内に入ると町の喧騒から遮断された居心地の良い空間が広がり、ゆったりとお食事が楽しめます。 |
ザギンでアスターにお呼ばれ。銀座南店とは、ハテ？と思えばそうそうこの交差点の角にありましたね、ということで入店。何と、昼時は予約でほぼ満席とのことでフリで入店のお客さんが断られていました。この立地ですからね、なるほど。
ということで奥の窓際の席に通されて前菜と餃子、炒飯とアスター麺をシェアして頂きました。
餃子は2，3口で食べきるような大きな個体ですが品の良い味わい。
炒飯はしっとり系で穏やかな味わい。美味しいですね。
アスター麺は五目あんかけ的な汁麺でオイスターソースの風味がアクセント、なんかな。プリっとしたエビが一尾。キノコがころころ入っているのが印象的でしたね。
フロアのサービスも銀座的で落ち着いたシニア層のお客さんが多かったのが印象的でした。
アスターに来たのはいつ以来だったか…特にこちらの店舗は言われてみると昔からあったような気がします。背中越しの窓には道行く人の往来が見えたり。
真昼間のザギンも久々に逍遥しましたがこの辺りを中心としてホント隔世の感ですね。
