東京都中央区、京橋駅からほどちかい、みそラーメンど・みそ京橋本店さんに御邪魔しました。
京橋駅近くはあまりラーメン屋がないので、このポジションにあるのは嬉しいですね。
横の銀座に行くとたくさん出てきますが、穴場かもしれません。
ついでに先月サンフランシスコに行ったときにサンフランシスコジャイアンツが大谷君を欲しがっていて、地元のインタビューを受けましたので、最後に写真を載せます。
大谷君の人気はたしかに凄いなと感じましたね。ここ、ロサンゼルスではなく、サンフランですからね。
1人も日本人がいないオラクルパークで等身大の大谷君のパネルが登場して取材しておりました。
平日の昼はかなり近くのサラリーマンでごったがえしますが、今回は夜に御邪魔しました。
カウンターのみの10席ほどのお店です。券売機で特みそこってりラーメン（背脂あり）をぽっちを押します。
数種類の味噌がブレンドされており、豚骨と鶏ガラも入りマイルドかつ濃厚に仕上がっております。
濃いというより、しっかりと味噌の味が引き出されたと言ったほうがいいかもしれません。
背脂の甘みも後から来ます。
麺は鉄板の開化楼の特製中太ちぢれ麺。モチ感もありプースーにあいます。
絡みが最高なんでしょうね。
具はコーン、低温チャー、煮卵、もやし、海苔。
チャーシューは厚手で煮卵も絶妙の味付け。もやしのシャキ感が味噌ラーメンの具の代名詞になってますね。
途中から卓においてある山椒と一味唐辛子を入れるとこれまた美味。
