銀座にしては面白い店があるというの友人５人で行きました。
場所は細い路地の地下。うっかりするとたどり着けなさそうです。
３５００円で料理つきの「３時間」飲み放題。
一人で切り盛りしているマスターが気まぐれで料理を作るらしく
私が行ったときの料理は
・厚揚げの煮物
・海苔巻き（マグロ、エビフライ）
・あんこう鍋
・焼き魚（ほっけ？）
・焼きそば
でした。
飲みものはセルフサービスで、ビール、焼酎、ワイン、カクテルベースも数種類おいてありました。
ビールは正確には「麦とホップ（第３のビール）」のようでした（近くに置いてあった樽から想定。）
料理も、出来上がったらマスターが声をかけてくれるので自分たちで取りにいくスタイルです。
「僕は飲み物よくわからないからお客さんに自分で作ってもらうの。」
なーんてとぼけたことを言っていましたが、マスターのゆったりした人間性が出ていて心地よかったです。
近くにあれば通いたくなるおみせです。
