仕事で東京に来て、夕食の後のシメに酸辣湯麺が食べたくなり、9時過ぎてからも開いている店を探して、コチラの店がヒットしました。着いてみると、夜の9時過ぎなのに行列ができていました。15分くらい待って入店しました。酸辣湯麺とレモンサワーを注文し、出てきたのがこの写真です。食べてみると甘い！酸味も辛味もあるけど、とにかく甘い。卓上の酢を調べてみると甘い。甘酢わ使用しているようで、酢を追加すればするほど甘くなりました。残念。
