銀座駅より徒歩3〜5分の場所にあるバー フォーシーズンズ。
銀座の一等地に店舗を構えるオーセンティックな雰囲気の人気BAR。2022年バー百名店に選出されています。
バーテンダーの接客もお店の雰囲気にマッチしており、静かすぎず賑やかすぎず、会話の音がお店の中に溶け込んでいるような印象。立地の兼ね合いもあって価格設定はそれなりなので、軽く1,2杯お酒を飲みたい時に向いていそうです。
今回いただいたのは、サイドカーと、スイカのカクテル。香り豊かなブランデーの風味と、氷の粒によるシャキシャキとした食感、体の温度をスッと下げてくれるひんやりとした飲み口のバランスが素晴らしいサイドカー。ソルティ・ドックのように塩の粒をグラスの淵に付けることで、スイカの甘味をグッと引き立てた、オリジナルのフルーツカクテル。アルコール濃度も程よく食後にぴったりのカクテルでした！
電話での事前予約を受け付けており、銀座のバーの中だと比較的足を運びやすいお店なので、ぜひ訪問してみてください。
