この日は銀座のバーにでも。
BAR FOUR SEASONSへ行ってみました。
金曜の夜でしたが、少々空席あり。
もちろんカウンターへ案内いただきました。
店内は落ち着いたクラシカルな雰囲気。
オープンして20年近くとのことです。
客層は銀座ですし紳士淑女が多い…かなw
1杯目はモルトでも。
イチローズのミズナラにしました。
少々ピートが利いており、同時にフルーティさもありますね。
日本が誇る素晴らしいボトルですね。
2杯目はマティーニを。
ジンはロンドンヒルでいただきました。
私は超ドライなマティーニを好むので…
もう少しドライだと、私の好みかな。
最後に1杯、ロングのお任せでお願いしました。
ハーバード・クーラーを頂きました。
初めて飲むカクテルですね。
アップルブランデーベースのカクテルとのこと。
リンゴのお酒はカルヴァドスとかシードルくらいしかわからん。
カクテルでいただくのも初めてかもしれない。
爽やかでほどよい甘みのある美味しいカクテルでした。
落ち着いた良い雰囲気のバーでした。
またゆっくり行ってみたいです。
