今回は、東京メトロ銀座駅から徒歩1分の場所にある”BAR FOUR SEASONS（バー・フォーシーズンズ）”に行ってまいりました。
こちらのおすすめカクテルは、カクテルのなかでも王道ともいえる”ジン・トニック”です。
オーナーが修業した名店オーパのレシピを引き継いでいるというカクテルで、ジンにライムを入れ、トニックウォーターで割っただけのシンプルな一品でですが、そのシンプルながら奥深く、さわやかな味わいは、一度は訪問し頂く価値のある最高級の一品でした。
また店名となっている”フォーシーズン”、フルーツを使ったカクテルについても、こちらでしか出せない奥深く、さっぱりとした味わいがあり、とにかく飲みやすく、気持ちよく酔える。そんなカクテル好き、お酒好きにはたまらない。違いを見せるバーでした。
アクセスよく、ここまで美味しいカクテルはないと思わせてくれるとても素晴らしいバーで、落ち着きがありつつも、とても入りやすい素敵なバーで、すべてに大満足でした。
