大きな仕事が終わり、美味しいお酒が飲みたい夜もある。
銀座のバーは数あれど、オーセンティックであり、賑わうバーは少ないかもしれない。。
季節を感じるお店へ。
入店すると、荷物を預かってくれる。
メニューは特にないがお好みのものを。
フルーツカクテルをリクエストして、金柑を使ったお酒を。
一杯目という事で、ソーダ割りを。
自然な甘さと香りで喉を潤す。
同時に提供のピンチョス。
おしゃれで気の利いたお通し。
小腹が空いていたので嬉しい。
2杯目はマティーニで。
こちらのマティーニはかなりスッキリ目ですーっと入ってくる印象。
提供直前にグラスを差し替えたのが、理由はわからないが、おもてなしの心がそうさせたのだろう。
様々な年代のバーテンダーがいるが、皆さまの所作や振る舞いが素晴らしい。
コンテストのポスタも貼ってあったから、次世代のバーテンダーを育て上げるお店なのだろう。
それぞれの会話もフランクで、畏まった空間じゃないからこそ、通いやすい。
その中での、バーテンダーらしい振る舞いがあるからこそ、銀座で愛される店だと感じる。
また来たいと思います。
