数奇屋バーグは有名ですが行ったことないなーと思い、行ってみることに。皆様の口コミで結構並ぶと書いてあってので、日曜日だったこともあり、開店前に行こうと思いましたが、着いたのは開店2分前。並びは5組で一巡目に入ることができました。その後すぐに人が入ってきて、11時５分には満席でそのあと来た人は皆並びに。一巡目に入れなかったらそこから４５分くらい待ちそうです。入店してメニューを選び、ハンバーグが到着まで２５分。先に並んでいた人たちは事前にメニュー渡されており、もう少し早く出てきていました。
頼んだのは、数量限定の和牛ハンバーグを特製ガーリックソースとハンバーグに月見チーズトッピングをデミグラスソースで。それにサラダ、スープ、ライスのセットを。ハンバーグは鉄板でジュージューで出てきて、ナイフで切ると肉汁がジュワと出て美味しそう。食べてみると、美味しいのですが、最初の一口目までの期待値が高すぎて、そこに達しなかったというのが感想です。特に平日ランチではなく、休日でドリンクなしで2人で7500円くらいだったので、なおさらそう思ってしまったのかもしれません。
店員さんは感じよく、お水をすぐについでくれたり、テーブルが狭めなので食べ終わったものをこまめに下げてくれたり、とても気遣いしてくれました。
