友人が美味しかったと話していて気になっていたお店。
銀座に出かける用があったのでランチに伺いました。
200グラムのハンバーグにとろけるチーズをトッピング、ソースはデミグラスで注文しました。
ライスとスープのセットも注文しています。
まずは食前に出てきたスープから。
オーソドックスなコーンスープで、クリーミーな感じは控えめ。
そして出てきたハンバーグは鉄板プレートでいかにも熱そう。
お肉感はあっさりした印象でしたが、あとからお腹に溜まってくる感じ。
付け合わせのもやしもまた印象的です。
デミグラスソースもほどよくクセがあり、ライスも美味しかったです！！
