■和牛ハンバーグランチ 1,200円
ここ「銀熊茶寮」は、夜は接待などで利用される個室メインのレストラン。そのため、雰囲気は高級さが漂っており、静かなところが私は好きですね。
そして、ありがたいことに、昼のランチは、サラリーマン向けに1,000円からメニューを用意してくれています。
ここは鉄板焼きが中心ということもあるので、1,000円の日替わりでなく、ハンバーグランチを注文しました。個室メインではありますが、カウンター席もあり、ハンバーグの場合、目の前で焼いてくれます。
ハンバーグは、甘タレかおろしポン酢かを選べますが、おろしポン酢を選択。
ハンバーグのつけあわせは、もやしと紫芋。紫芋が秋を感じさせてよいですね。ほっこりしていておいしかったです。
ハンバーグは、外がカリっと焼かれていて、それでいて中がめちゃくちゃ柔らかでジューシーです。
銀座には、他にもたくさんハンバーグがおいしいお店があり、ハンバーグのお肉のおいしさならば、「牛庵」や「チャコ銀座」（このときは牛肉焼き）、それと「みちやく」あたりの方がおいしいと思います。
ただ、個室のゆったり感や雰囲気を含めると、ここはありですね。
