銀座６丁目の雑居ビルの７階にあります。１階のビルの前にはお店の立て看板があり和牛限定ハンバーグと書いてあります！
夜は銀座だけにお高いお店だと伺っていたのでエレベーターで上がる中ちょっとの不安と期待でいっぱい！
エレベーターを降りるとすぐにお店の玄関、靴をぬいであがります靴は脱ぎっぱなしで入口に並べてあります。
キッチンの大きな鉄板が目の前にあるカウンター席に案内していただきました。
注文はもちろんここの人気ランチ和牛ハンバーグセット１２００円！
ハンバーグの他にご飯はもちろんおみそ汁と数種の野菜などつかった和風の小鉢が付いてきます。
ハンバーグだけでなくいろいろな味を楽しめてちょっと贅沢な気分！特におみそ汁は良い出汁がでていて凄く美味しかった！！
そして肝心のハンバーグは下焼きしたお肉をバットから取り出し鉄板え、これは焼く時間を短縮するためなのでしょうか、それともこだわり？どちらにせよ私としてはあまり見た目でプラスにはならないと思います。
ともあれ肝心なのは味、ソースはおろしポン酢と和風甘口だれと２種類あります、今回は少し珍しいと思って和風の甘口たれにしました。
ハンバーグはとても柔らかく肌理の細かい歯ざわり肉の味は香ばしくうま味がありとても美味しい。
さすが和牛をつかっているという味わいがあります。
たれはとても上品な味！ハンバーグでこんな和風ソースは初めてです。
この甘さが特徴的でいいのかもしれませんがご飯に合わすには少し甘すぎるかなと個人的には思いました。
パンにあわせたり、ワインに合わせるにはいい感じかも。
このお値段で銀座でこれだけの物が食べられるのならかなり満足です！
