こちらは、厳選した最旬の食材をシェフのこだわりと丁寧な調理で心ゆくまで堪能できるコースなんです(^^)
まずは、泡の『シゼン スパークリング甲州』で乾杯。
こちらのスパークリングは日本のもので、山梨県の自社畑で栽培したブドウを使用。
他のブドウ品種を一切ブランドしていない、辛口で、非常に和食に合いました(^^)
・合鴨ローストと夏野菜の喜美酢掛け
黄身を使用した酢がかかっていて、黄身の濃厚さとほどよい酸味でさっぱり美味しい！
だるまの大好きなヤングコーンがシャキシャキでおいしい！！
彩り豊かなお野菜とヤングコーンの登場で、コースの最初からテンション上がっちゃったわよ(^^)
シェフのこだわりでお品書きでは〝喜美酢掛け〟となってるんだって。こういったこだわり好きです(^^)
・本鮪中トロ 真鯛 あしらい一式
艶やかに輝いているお造りも、とっても新鮮でとろける美味しさです。
個人的に、穂紫蘇と一緒に食べるのが好きなので嬉しかったです(^^)
・たらば蟹と伊勢海老の鉄板焼き 酢橘
伊勢海老の迫力とたらば蟹の太さに驚き！！！
感激しました。
伊勢海老の身を取るともう、ぷりぷりなの。
食べると旨味がすごくて、海老味噌も一緒にいただくと大人の味でした(^^)
たらば蟹も肉厚で、噛み締めると口いっぱいに味わいが広がります。
・フルーツトマト 土佐酢ジュレ
じゅんさいがつるつるぷるぷるで、ジュレのさっぱり感が、とても夏らしい一品。
フルーツトマトはとても甘くて、皮は湯むきされており、シェフの丁寧な仕事を感じて感動しました(^^)
・黒毛和牛サーロイン、フィレ鉄板焼き 食べ比べ
なんと贅沢な！
黒毛和牛のサーロインとフィレの食べ比べができちゃう！
お好みで
ステーキソース、海人の藻塩、柚子胡椒
を付けていただくんだけど、まずそのまま食べてみたのね。
多少お塩で味付けしてあるから、口の中でとろけるように旨味が広がり、そのままでも十分おいしいの！
お肉の甘みが絶品でした(^^)
一緒に本日のサラダも提供されるのも、タイミング的に嬉しい！
・牛しぐれ煮の焼きおにぎり茶漬け 香の物
温かいお出汁をかけていただいたのですが、牛しぐれ煮の脂がとけて、スープがキラキラしてる！
旨味が爆発してました(^^)
・小玉すいか シャインマスカット 有の実
有の実とは〝梨〟とのこと。『なし』は言葉的にあまりよくないということで、シェフのアレンジらしい(^^)
旬のフルーツを3種も食べれるのは贅沢で、たらふく食べた後にはピッタリでした♪
店内は、ジャズが流れ落ち着いた雰囲気。
完全個室のお部屋と、ライブ感が楽しめるカウンター席。
店員さんのお出迎えがまず、とてもにこやか(^^)
