東京都中央区銀座にあります、久留米らーめん金丸さんに御邪魔しました。
男性の2オペ。入って右側に券売機があり、金丸ラーメン980円をぽっちします。
デフォルトはたまごなしで780円のようです。
店内はカウンターのみで10席程度です。
久留米ラーメンというと博多ラーメンに比べて若干麺が太く野菜も入ったまろやかなぷーすーぐらいのイメージしかありませんでしたが、ここも美味しいですね。
6分ほどで着麺。
麺は、麺の麻生のストレート中細麺。小麦の香りあるオリジナル麺でしょうか。
まあまあの量。デフォルトでこれだけあれば嬉しい量です。
ぷーすーは、動物系出汁で豚骨と香味野菜の合わせでまさに久留米式。
チャーシューは、ロースチャーで厚切り。
具は、ネギ、海苔、メンマで、卓上の胡麻と高菜を入れるとまた美味しくなります。
充分銀座で勝てる旨味と上品さ。女性の来店も多く男女に愛される臭みのない豚骨プ―スー。
