We went in before 12:00 and the place was about 70% full. A woman outside the counter was asking how hard we wanted the noodles and relaying our order to the staff inside. We ordered the noodles on the hard side. They also served it with pickled mustard greens, pickled ginger, and ground sesame seeds. There were two types of pork slices, sliced and block-shaped, so it was filling. It was delicious, and the addition of pickled mustard greens made it a popular choice.
