名物はこんもりと盛られた15種類のハーブが
入ったサラダ
見た目も美しいですが、ハーブがとても美味しくて
2人でも余裕のペロリです
ホタテ大好きなので、序盤で出る帆立のソテーは
ソースと相性良くミディアムレアな感じもGood!!
パスタは4種類から2種類を選ぶのですが、
当然ここはレディーファースト
タリアテッレとサマートリュフのスパゲティを
チョイス頂きましたが、大当たり～(๓´˘`๓)
タリアテッレは、麺に胡椒と唐辛子が練り込んであり、
後味ピリリで最後まで飽きない深みのある味わい！
魚介類との相性も抜群です
サマートリュフのスパゲティは、ピシッとした
店員さんが目の前でトリュフをおろしてくれます✨
香りが芳醇でクリームとマッチし、こちらも
負けず劣らず美味しかった
スズキのハーブ蒸しは、とっても優しい素材の
味をそのまま活かしたスープで、薄味なので
サッパリと頂けます
濃いめの味付けが好きな方には物足りなさを感じる
かもしれないですが、ぜひじっくりと味わって下さい
メインのもち豚のグリルは、噛むとジュワッと
肉汁という名の旨味が溢れ出し、豚さんもメイン
になるとやるなぁと感心
デザートも含めて流れが良く、ワインも進む
素晴らしいコース料理でした
