銀座駅からだと10分弱、私は新橋駅からだったので4、5分で到着しました。
ビルの7階、エレベーターが開いたらそこは照明を落とした素敵な店内。
イタリアワインも豊富に取り揃えられています。
メニューを見ながらワインに詳しい店員さんと相談するのも楽しいですし、料理に合わせてワインを提供もしてくれます。
お料理のコースは贅沢な「フォアグラプラン」
今ならお値打ち価格になっており、この機会にと訪れました。
【前菜4種盛合せ】
・タスマニア産、虹鱒のカルパッチョ
キャビア添え
・天使の海老の炭火焼グリル
・ポルトガル産 生ハムのプロシュート
・山形牛の赤ワイン煮
カルパッチョの虹鱒は、見たところサーモンばりの美しいオレンジ。
イギリスのコッツォルズで鱒を食べてから大ファンなので、今回カルパッチョ仕立にされていて、更に魅力を堪能しました。
エビに厳しい私の料理教室の先生が、天使の海老しか使わないと言うくらいなので私も信頼していて、家の冷蔵庫でも常備しています。
頭部のミソもかなり美味しいんです。
きっと以前はイタリア産のプロシュートを使われていたと思うのですが、今回はポルトガル産。
しかし遜色なくとても美味しかったです。
贅沢にもブランド牛の赤ワイン煮。
濃厚ですが美味しすぎます。
きっと召し上がると、これが前菜？と驚かれると思います。
【パスタ】
・ポルチーニ茸のクリームソース】
生パスタ タリアテッレ
生パスタのモチモチ感と、クリーミーなポルチーニ茸の香り高いソース。
これから出てくるメインに相応しい程よい量です。ソースをローズマリーのフォカッチャに余すことなく付けて楽しめます。
【スペシャル・ディッシュ】
・フオアグラのソテー
イタリア マルサラ酒のソース
季節のキノコを添えて
大抵フォアグラは食べている途中で飽きてくるのですが、素材の良さなのか、マルサラ酒のせいか味にも変化があり、とても美味しく堪能しました。
フォアグラがブルガリア産だったのが意外でしたが私、これが好きかも！
【メイン】
・A5ランク特選山形牛の炭火焼グリル
有機野菜のグリル添え
トリュフの香りが素晴らしく良く、見たところ赤身のお肉なのに肉汁がジュワーっと口に広がる。
山形牛の特徴なのかな。
とても味わいのある炭火焼きです。
【ドルチェ】
・パテシエドルチェ2種盛合せ
メニューには2種類と書いてありましたが、ナッツの入ったジェラートと、グレープフルーツのゼリー、ガトー・ショコラが盛り合わせ。
食後の飲み物も充実しており、カプチーノとミントのハーブティーを頂きました。
サービスも大変丁寧で交換が持て、コース料理の内容も分かりやすく説明してくださりました。
イタリア愛も深くて、またトスカーナに行ってみたくなりました。
ワイン好きな人と来ると更に楽しいと思いますし、パスタも一品料理もお肉も美味しいので、信頼できるお店だと思います。
