今回は銀座三越にあるパティスリー。 『パティスリーモンシェール』さんに伺いました。 こちらのお店についてあの『堂島ロール』で有名なお店でございます。(確か本店は大阪だったと思います) ---- 本日いただいたお食事--------
･ 堂島ロール ･プレミアムロール(チョコ) 計 … 3500円 -------------------------------- -----その他情報-------- 来店日時 … 平日 13:00 待ち … なし 待ち時間 … なし ※保冷剤の最大持続時間は2時間ほど ------------------------ 堂島ロールは食感がとても特徴的でソフトと言うよりは『弾力のある少しハード目』のロールケーキになっています。そのため生地は少し厚めで食べ応えのある食感に仕上がっています。 逆にプレミアムロールは『比較的ソフト目な仕上がり』中の生チョコとの相性も良く、堂島ロールとのコントラストもとても良いです。 美味しいロールケーキをご馳走様でした。
