銀座のレストランにてフルコースを味わうことはなかなかないのだが、良い機会であったため、アルマーニタワーにある雰囲気も素晴らしそうなこちらのレストランを訪問した。
写真の掲載順に料理が提供されたが、どの料理も美味しいし、独創的な盛り付けで、舌と眼の両方で楽しむことができた。特に、大変大きなトリュフを目の前で削って料理に振りかけられた時はこんなに大きなトリュフあるのかと驚き、そのたまらないにおいに、ウットリとしてしまった。
どのサービスも素晴らしく、店員の乱れのない連携プレーにも良い意味で驚いてしまった。
また機会が有れば再訪したい。
