歌舞伎座裏あたりの銀座3丁目エリアにある西安料理店。
店内は1F・2Fとあって、宴会利用でもできそう。
メニューを見るとお酒から、一品料理、鍋料理、焼き物など種類は豊富でグループ訪問で色々食べたほうが楽しめるだろうなと感じました。
100品近くあるかもしれない。
今回は1人で晩御飯で来てみた。
最初にコーラハイボールをオーダーし、ちょっとつまみを頼むことに。
・蒸し鶏のネギソースかけ（550円）
・棒餃子（650円）
蒸し鶏のネギソースかけが個人的に衝撃的でした。
かかってるソースは程よい辛味なのだろうと先入観を持って食べたところ、ブワッとくる辛味が押し寄せてきた。山椒も少し入ってるだろうか。
日本にある中華料理店は一般的には辛さを抑えめにしてるケースが大半だけどここは違った。
遠慮なく辛い。おそらくこれが本場の辛さなのだろう。
辛いだけでなくて、旨味もあってクセのある辛さというべきだろうか。
鶏肉の量も多いし、下にはきゅうりの千切りが敷いてあってボリュームも申し分ない。
辛い辛いって思いながらもハイボールが急ピッチに進み食べ進んでしまう。
棒餃子は鉄板に焼いた状態で提供され、タレもかかっている。
皮は手作りだろうか、もっちりしていて中の具は肉がたっぷりでニラが効いていて大人の味わい。
皮同士がくっついて食べにくかった部分もあったが味わいはなかなかに良い。
とこれだけでも十分なのだが、締めにはこのお店のシグネチャーメニューの刀削麺をいただくことにした。
・サンラー刀削麺（850円）
注文を受けてから刀のようなもので小麦の生地を削るようにして作る刀削麺。厨房が見えたので作るところを見ていたらかなりの職人のようで美しい技術に魅了されました。
写真ではわかりにくいがかなり大きな器で提供される。
麺は人が削って作られるのに太さがほぼ均一なのに驚く。
ピロピロとした食感がたまらず麺だけでもかなり美味しい。
サンラーといえば酸っぱくて辛いイメージでしたが、ここのは違う。
酸味はもちろんあるのだが、酢は中国製のもので甘味や独特の風味を感じてツンツンとしてない感じが美味しかった。香辛料もたっぷり使っており辛味などスパイシーさも感じて美味しいスープでした。
お腹いっぱいだったのにあまりの美味しさに食べる手が止まらなかった。
昨今人気になっている町中華とは違い、ここは本場仕様感が強い個性ある中華料理、いや中国料理というべきか。自分はかなり気に入りました。
